Unfortunately not - every basket is made to order and production begins as soon as your order is placed. Please double check your name spelling, colour choice, flower selection and basket style before checking out. We embroider exactly what you type.
How long will my basket take to arrive?
Your basket is handcrafted just for your little one, so please allow 8–12 business days for delivery across South Africa. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. 🚚
What sizes are available and which should I choose?
We offer two sizes - Medium (36cm L x 26cm W x 16cm H) and Large (41cm L x 31cm W x 20cm H). The Medium is perfect for nursery essentials, toys, and everyday storage, while the Large comfortably fits blankets, bigger toys, and works beautifully as a diaper caddy or nursery organiser for growing storage needs.
Can I return or exchange my personalised basket?
Because every basket is made specifically for your baby, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items. If your basket arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
